Your score depends on several factors.
Each letter has its own point value based on its rarity. Rare letters such as Z, J, X, and Q are worth more points than common letters.
The number of points you earn also depends on:
- The length of the word.
- How many words you create in a single attempt.
- Your current scoring multiplier.
Your multiplier increases with each consecutive successful swipe that creates at least one word, up to a maximum of 4×. The multiplier applies to every word created by subsequent successful attempts.
If a swipe doesn’t create a word, the multiplier resets to zero.
