In most cases, yes. Your unlocked Achievements and their associated progress are stored separately from your local game data and can be restored after reinstalling Swipe Writer.
If you lose your game data, Swipe Writer will redistribute the Coin and Diamond rewards associated with each Achievement you previously unlocked.
Achievement progress may not transfer if you switch between device platforms, such as moving from Android to iOS or vice versa.
